B.O.A.T. PROGRAM COMPONENTS
Adolescent Outpatient Substance Abuse Program
The adolescent substance abuse program is designed for individuals between 13-18 years of age that have experienced negative
consequences through their substance use. The program is based on a 16-week, performance-based model with a minimum of
3 visits per week.
The criteria for completion of the program is as follows:
1.Staying Clean
2.Consistent Attendance
3.Participation
4.Ability to follow Individualized Treatment Plan
5.No Further Incidents
The weekly meetings consist of the following:
1.Individual Therapy (60 minutes) 1 visit per week
2.Group Therapy (60 minutes) 1 visit per week
3.Parent Group Therapy (60 minutes) 1 visit per week
4.Random Urine Screens
5.Family Therapy As Needed
Adult Substance Abuse Track
The Adult Substance Abuse Program is designed for adults struggling with substance abuse and related issues.
The program is based on a 12-week performance based model with a minimum of 2 visits per week.
The criteria for completion of the program is as follows:
1.Staying Substance Free
2.Consistent Attendance
3.Participation
4.Following Individualized Treatment Plan
The weekly meetings consist of the following:
1.Individual Therapy (60 minutes) 1 visit per week
2.Group Therapy (60 minutes) 1 visit per week
4.Random Drug Testing
5.Family Counselling As Needed
Group meetings are evenings. Evening individual therapy appointments are available.
